Our story begins in Buciumeni, a village in Dâmbovița County where plum orchards have been part of life for generations.

TEZ carries that tradition forward: turning the autumn harvest into something to share, savour, and remember. The recipe stays simple. The rhythm stays unhurried. The connection to the land stays with every jar.

What goes into TEZ plum jam?

Only plums from our orchard in Buciumeni. There is no added sugar, no artificial colouring, and no added preservatives. The fruit contains naturally occurring sugars.

How is the jam made?

We harvest the plums by hand and cook them slowly in small batches over wood, using traditional methods.

How can I order or work with TEZ?

What are the prices and jar sizes?

Plum jam: 320 g for 20 RON, 380 g for 28 RON, and 700 g for 40 RON. Fresh plums cost 4.90 RON/kg. Dried plums cost 50 RON/kg. Transport is extra.

Where do you deliver, and is transport included?

Delivery is available only within Romania. All listed prices are EX WORKS and exclude transport. The transport charge depends on your delivery area and is confirmed directly with TEZ before you order.

Can I confirm availability before ordering?

Yes. Contact TEZ with the products, quantities and delivery area you need. We’ll confirm current availability and the transport quote before you place an order.

Does “no added sugar” mean sugar-free?

No. TEZ plum jam contains the sugars naturally present in plums. “No added sugar” means sugar is not added to the recipe.

How should I store my TEZ products?

Follow the storage instructions on the product label. For details before ordering, ask TEZ about your selected product, including storage after opening.
